Whatsapp is trying out Self-Destructing Feature for your Secret Chats

The renowned messaging app “Whatsapp” owned by Facebook is trying out a new feature in their Beta version for Android 2.19.275, which will be helpful to those of us that need secret chats to self destruct.

This info was made known to the public by  WABetaInfo, which states that the company has started testing self destructing messages for its Android apps test version 2.19.275. It was also made known that the feature will soon be coming to the main Whatsapp and not for only beta testing.

With the help of this feature, you can set a timer for messages in your chat with someone to self destruct at a given time.

Its a helpful feature in the sense that if you have sent some sensitive messages to someone and you don’t want to keep them, this feature comes in.
